Shake That Sass - Ladies Dance Class

Slay Session at DivaDance is a high-cardio, fun class format where you'll learn a simple piece of choreography and perform it repetitively to a variety of songs on a curated playlist. Unlike regular classes, the key difference is that you’ll do the same choreography over and over throughout the class to different songs, which increases the cardio factor and leaves you sweatier than before. The session is designed to be accessible for all levels and is focused on fun, confidence, and community
