About the event
Honor the season of Samhain with a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to help you release what no longer serves you, embrace stillness, and welcome the new season with clarity and intention. Afterwards, you will choose from a variety of herbs to build your own herbal tea blend with intention to support you through the season.
Please bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and/or anything else you need to be comfortable while lying or sitting down.
