This hands-on Culinary Reserve experience takes you through the fundamentals of primal cuts, with a closer look at tenderloin, ribeye, and sirloin. Learn what makes each cut unique, how marbling, tenderness, and flavor differ, and the techniques that bring out the best in each one.
Then, take it to the kitchen as you learn how to properly season, sear, cook, and rest your steak for that perfect steakhouse-worthy finish.
